We know that a customer centric focus is vital, it is just our opinion that particularly in this industry the rules of capitalism can be counter productive to actually keeping a client satisfied. We think developers can be compensated on a competitive sales model. We think it is the responsibility of the company to take an active role in the continuous re-education of the people who work together. We have many ideas on how we plan to democratically select projects, share revenue, and track contribution – not only in theory, but practically.
